Shit. Pain x 3 months, gradually increasing until today I went to the ER in Quepos. No charge, 2 hours total, 2 injections, 2 kinds of medicines oral and very good treatment.
AT LEAST 2 weeks off my feet as far as walking outside goes, RICE and drugs.
I must do it or it can become chronic and that idea scares me. The one most important thing in my life is walking, far, preferably fast and frequently. Please please please.
Damn/ Probably will go nuts due to lack of walking. I was up to walking from Quepos to the beach and back. Wonder why my foot got worse.

Think moderation. Maybe MA beach is too far to walk in one stretch.
Consider the walking pistes. I know, but it's not like you'd be wearing one of those track suits or nuthin'.

Yes,I will walk on the malecon (seawall) in Quepos when the pain is gone. Physician's orders-suggestions, no walking till no pain.Or at least 2 weeks.
