This place is located just south of Manuel Antonio, caty-cornered from the Cafe Milagro. It has 12 apartments ranging from bedrooms with bath and frig and desk through studios, 1 bedrooms to 2 bedrooms. I have a bed with bath, frig, desk, WiFi, TV, AC, and all utilities paid. $300.00 per month USD.
I have access to all the accouterments. Two pools, a kitchen and laundry I can use if I want, an outdoor service bar with TV, CD player, grill, microwave, frig and bar (unstocked). It borders the front yard (see above photo). I am surrounded by greenery, plants, paved walkways, and fresh air. I can walk to a bank, several restaurants, the beach, and Super Joseth. Manuel Antonio is much cooler than Quepos, and it is much more private here than there. That, privacy, was a big reason for the move. Also temperature, lack of dust in the air and proximity to the beach. I am just up the road from the house we stayed in during the summer celebration for oldest son's birthday. But I am on a different corner and just across from the Cafe Milagro. So far I have coffee and toast there in the morning while browsing and writing. For what I save here I can afford to eat out, although I have cokes, bread, mayo, cheese, tuna, apples, candy and chips in my frig for the evenings when I don't want to go out.
