Q: How is "high end"prostitution"different from selling sugar on the street?

A: Does it depend on whose ox is gored?

Has it to do with "class", cleanliness, cost, delivery system, convience, teeth, state of the mani-pedi, waxing, employee benefits, clothes, sheets vs concrete, smell, or general "upscaleness"? 

If a man is tired of jerking off in the bus station bathroom stall, and can afford it, he goes for a "high end" hooker. (No pun intended, but I like the accidental one.) If he is famous or poor he  buys a blowjob at Barney's Bar.
