Moving furniture around again just for
the fun of it and while programming my TV antenna I come upon the
Jim Bakker Show.
No Way!! I thought he was dead. Introduction is by "Tammy Faye Bakker." She has long stringy black black hair and is fat
and dumpy and her face looks round and her little bitty mascaraed
eyes peer out at us. Lots of lipstick. She introduces her mother
and father Jim And Lori Bakker. IDK what happened to the original TFB
but the Lori wife is trying hard. Makes me think of a Stepford Tammy Faye though. Same make up, same hair color, but no
way she'll ever have the old Tammy Faye's spunk and emotion and creepiness.
Jim looks the same as ever, like a bald chipmunk. Same deeply inspirational style show.
The guest, whose face I recognize but
can't quite place is none other than the My Pillow Guy!!
Story is he was a nonbeliever but now tells us of all the miracles that have happened to him which culminated in his actually, miracle of miracles, meeting Donald Trump in Person. He also found Jesus, but meeting Donald Trump, our country's glorious leader in person is the biggie. Pillow Guy stammers some but he testifies sincerely. The whole group spend many minutes in vocal adoration of Trump. Glory to Trump. I waited, but disappointingly, there were no tears. A bad remake of a classic.
Daytime TV. A reason to keep on living.

It is plausible that this is too absurd to be true. One, because you are talented enough to have come up with it and, two, because in my mind it creates an alternate and comfy rendering of "plausible denial", that is, I take comfort in that. Good God!
Honest to god true.
