I think I have pinpointed an area causing standing balance problems for me and found some ways to improve the fuction.

 Psoas info



Been experimenting/searching for a while to figure what muscles are not working as they should.  All related to sitting posture. 

 Next, use the opposition (glutes) to balance it all out.  
Jeez. I am glad I identified why it was hard to stand up straight. Thought strengthening the back muscles was the key. Not totally, I guess.

Working those small interior muscles that don't visibly move anything is hard. Looks like just grunting for the fun of it.

I've noticed that the back muscles are the weakest or at least the least used for very many activities. Even when I was at my strongest, my back muscles were pathetic. I hope your theory and efforts bear fruit.
