First longer day celebration; I download 8 books about getting organized

Scene:
The Browns still live out back. Gracie is a baby.
We are in the Browns' kitchen. Wen, Leo, Barb, me.
We have eaten one of Barb's texmex meals and are preparing to play bridge.
Lightbulb.
Leo remembers he has something he brought home from the office for Barb.
He fishes an envelope from his jacket pocket, takes several papers from it. Hands them proudly to Barb.
Tada! Voila.
She looks puzzles but pleased, her hero.
He explains:
He has had his secretary make a chart, several charts, actually, to help her organize.  Her budget. Barb keeps her monthly dole (there's your first clue)  in case you missed the part where "he had his secretary make"in several envelopes--food, rent, elec,  etc. and shuffles the money between them as needed.

Another chart will help her organize her time, kids, shopping, doctors, cleaning.
There are boxes, labels, axes lines, arrows...
Need I go farther? No, I thought not.
Wendall and I watch in awe.

This came to mind while I was browsing for books to inspire me.  You know-- Clean up your junk and get rid of stuff you know you will want someday, but probably not in this lifetime, etc.
Eventually we play cards.
