That film is wonderful. Everything about it. Their impressions of the West, especially U.S.A., which are both spot on and completely wrong. The woman who wants to visit U.S.A.? She is lovely and awesome in every way.
I loved the film. Agree with KiKiDo on their impressions of the west. The street scenes were along the lines of what I'm used to, particularly when traveling outside of the metropolitan (loosely used term) areas.
The filmmaker chose to focus on an adorable and attractive young lady with an impossible and irrepressible smile. Much as I appreciate that, it serves to gloss over how bleak a lot of life is over there. Their spirit, which I love, is captured to a degree, but it helps to see the squalor that they live in to appreciate the resilience of that spirit.
