A great Sunday with sleet and rain.

Jim and I went out today to drive around and look at people and cars. We passed Meijers and there was a dearth of cars in the lot so we went in. The shelves were nearly bare but we were able to get everything we needed and then some. We did not take extra even tho there was milk and bread to spare. No toilet paper, but I still have my spare in the back of the car, so we are good for at least a month or more.
It felt good to get out, and we communicated with many people from a distance and made two trips from the car to the apartment when we got home.
There were only a few people in the store wearing masks, but they all looked healthy. As we were unloading the cart into the hatchback a lady came up and said, " You look healthy, I'll take your cart back and use it." We laughed, glad to exchange happiness today.
Washed hands thoroughly upon our return. We have been home over 2 hours and have no signs of the virus, except for my hacking dry cough.*
Also, when I clicked on Bobby's link to the James Jones movie I realized I still have Amazon Prime free until the end of this month, so we are going to watch free movies tonight on my new giant screen TV and eat candy and be happy.
It has been a good day and I feel good and thought I ought to post that news. I know others are suffering, not to mention poor dead Roberta Shelton and her friends and family, but I am good. I love you all.
