Day of determined full out effort.

Noon. Headphones, walker, phone, no mask, out to walk. Been in bed x3 days. If I don't walk today I won't be able tomorrow, or ever, I fear. I used to use headphones for pace. Quit using them when I couldn't move fast enough. Put them on today in hopes... Came upon a woman, not Amish, but like that, headscarf, from Northern Indiana, starts with M, can't recall. Asked to go with me. Sure. Removed ear plugs so we could chat. We walked 15 plus minutes. Tires. Out of breath.  Left her in front of her building, (40) and came home. That's it for today.
